Does anyone know of a web site that sells a complete kit to add wing glass to my 1972 standard beetle? |

If you have an aftermarket one-piece window the door has been modified by removing sheet metal. _________________ Daily driver: '69 Baja owned 44 yrs - Plan B: '81 Rabbit Diesel LS Deluxe - Plan C: '72 Ghia

the only mod is moving or bending out of the way a wing base mount, easy enough to replace these or just install the wings without them, no problems.
As for the OP, no there is no kit. piece together your own from the classifieds, junkyards etc. _________________ 1972 1302

Don't know if this is considered a "kit" but, it does look pretty complete......but it is not cheap

You can find complete original VW manufactured sets here in the classified section. _________________ Jimbo

I would think two complete doors would not be hard to find. I'll bet there are no less than 50 door sets available in the Boise area alone. _________________

Or is OP talking about popouts in the rear quarters? Lots of places sell them but Original German is the way to go on that. Gind a used set. The aftermarket ones suck, go figure.
