Empi/Engle 110 cam question

I am in the middle of rebuilding, lightly modifying my (what will be) 1641. I am trying to find out, before assembly, if the 110 profile cam, mixed with 1.25 ratio rockers will clearthe pistons before i assemble. Obviously, i can check for clearance, but would rather know prior. If anyone can let me know, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

yes, you will have plenty of clearance.

What heads and what carbs are you using in your 1641?

They are the stock heads with 3 angle valve job and a new set of solex cadrons fixed up by kaddieshack

Correction, they will now be big valve heads with dual Kadrons....

go with duel hpmx40s' it will run right, get better mpg, make more power, eazy to tune, idle smooth.
