Need help questions on steering shaft

My questions are -

1) are the steering shafts length on a 74 & 75 the same ? ( I know the splines are different)

2) are the steering shafts for a 74 thing the same as 68 & later beetle ?

3) And if they are the same can I swap a 68 & later beetle one onto my 74 thing ?

Parts Manual calling out 113415501E as a part number which is a Beetle part.
