i have to opportunity to buy this nos abarth exhaust
what car does it fit in your opinion?
seems like tyoe 3 and 34 but different for the ones on samba classifieds

I'm not an expert but it looks very close to this other photo of a Type 3 Abarth, right?

Wouldn't it be a single carb model since it has the heat riser hook up Question

Yes, although I don't know if they simply had you block that off for early dual carb. models or if they had another model immediately.

There is a later version that takes the screw-on top heat exchangers:
