I believe this would be number 6 known? One from Id. is on road, living in Ca. or AZ...how? Someone knows.

Amazing Bus!

I saw the double door 15 window that was at BBB in Havasu this year. Here is a photo of that one. I think that is the only one i have seen in person.

There was an original paint nice SWR/BG DD 15 in the high desert that sold to Japan in 97 or so. Brian Simmons in Victorville used to own. Sold at Pomona for $7500 which was A LOT back then.

Pics from 97. He sold it at Pomona for 7500. Went to Japan. He said it did have one repaint in its past.

Nice catch Trevor P, it always amazes me that the quality of metal sitting in the elements in Canada are of limited rust through, am I missing something geographically? I love the pressed bumper single cab the most Wink and without it's doors attached I don't understand how she made it this long out there.

Western Canada (mainly the prairies) are much more arid than the rest of Canada. While our winters can be cold, they are very dry with little moisture and the summers are hot but dry as well. I think thatís why tin here didnít rot like out east or the coastal areas. Most of the rust happened due to lots of gravel road driving and dirty packing into nooks and crannies.

Hereís a 61 deluxe a Chevy friend found while buying some cars he saw on offer up. He bought it because it was cheap he said. He knows Iím into busses and offered it to me for a great price.
Sad little 61 low hinge 15. Roof had shit stacked on it. he rescued from its shed where it had been stored since the early 80ís when the motor caught on fire. Roof will need some work but she is pretty solid so I finally got me another bullet deluxe.

So this is the 3rd 15 window bus you have picked up in the last 16 months? Save some for the rest of us. Congratulations, nice score.
