1966 bus tail light holes template

hello,

Does any one have a picture/photo of the 1963-1967 bus tail light holes template? I need to know exact positions. In the past someone made a mistake and now my holes are in the wrong position.
unfortunately I can find only threads about earlier, round tail lights.

I need two dimmensions A & B
