I bought a horn button from 56sunroofghia for my restored 59 beetle, the picture in the add was pretty bad so I asked if the horn button was in show car quality? And his answer was YES it's NOS... I made the payment he sent the item and when the horn button arrived the chrome was in very bad shape and the center of the horn button full of scratches! I sent him an email to see what he got to say about it and his answer was send it back and once I get I will refund which I think is a joke answer.

It is standard to have to return something before getting a refund but your feedback is valid in that it sounds like it was misrepresented.

For instance, if you did a Paypal dispute for "not as advertised" they typically make you return it before closing the case.

If want to come to some other solution, I would contact the seller and try to resolve it another way.
