Westy tent pole bag, child cot boot and sock EXACT green canvas

Hi All,

When I had free time at home last week I decided to look for something new to make the best quality repro. In my opinion some people would look for good repro of all I want to do.

This time it is:

- priv pole bags
- child's cot sock boot

I found absolutly awsome green natural canvas. Please check it on the pics.

What do you think?

I still need good pattern for child's cot sock boot.

If there is somebody who would help me and can borrow it. I will be appriciate. I make a proposition for repaying - I will give my repro equivalent for help

One more thing I forgot to write down last time -

In the original fabric you can see the red or blue strip. If there somebody want to have blue or red tread I can do it

That canvas looks spot on,and in comparison to any other repro one of these I have seen youre leaps ahead.
I think there might me a lineup waiting for your version.
The attention to detail is really stepping up.

You've nailed it,they look incredible,every last detail including the measuring stitch.
Can not wait to see the straps & buckles mounted.

The child's cot sock boot will be soon available to Thanks Evan for your really nice help. I will use the same fabric to do them.

Now I have only 3 prototype's - 2 with red stick and 1 with blue. The bad thing is that only one with red stick stay for sale. More of the pole bags available soon. You can make preorder them here if you want.

The price is 149 Euro. Shipping worldwide is 12,5 Euro.

Yes there are two different size of the rivets Two wedth of leather stripes, buckets and eyelets

Just like in ORIGINAL poles bags.

I made the pole bags with all the details belive me. There are all the best I can find.

I recived yesterday the pics from Dominik who has the original pole bag. There are the white stripes on it.

Anybody could help to tell when and where such a pole bag goes?

I would like to do this version available also for the Westy owners. I think it is also nice detail so I'm asking for your help.

This is the last email from Dominik -

I talked to my friend with a 1963 so33. His pole straps are white like mine. He believes that white straps are 1962 and later. Your straps (normal leather looking) are for true so23 and any westy made 1961 and earlier. That is his opinion. My pole bag is from a 1963 westy. But my actual westy bus is a 1960,,, so I guess I would prefer the normal leather straps (not white). [b]

What do you think about this information?! Is that TRUE?

Even thought you could order the white stripes. I will have them soon.
