Hello has anyone tried the Walker exhaust on their car? wondering about their heat riser setup for my single port manifold. I have a single port 1300cc engine. The Walker exhaust says its for the 1300cc to 1600cc engines. 1966-1971 thanks

Never used one but if it's made in USA it's 100% better than any China one.

should the heat riser longer tube be on the driver side or passenger side of the car???

Yes the heat riser is longer on one side. This looks like the typical generic muffler that many places sell. As one reviewer said, looks like just painted steel. There are better ones out there....

Thanks, I just ordered VWC-113-251-053-GER from cip1. I should get it in a week and see how it fits!

This is a good time to insure you heat risers in the carb manifold are clear of carbon. Most are packed solid which prevents the hot exhaust from warming up the manifold.

Try Rock Auto. Thy sell a stock Bosol (something like that). I’ve seen good reviews about fitment.
