Want to get a custom 15’ steel wheels made for 1984 Vanagon, my question is I am wanting a deep dish 15’ s question is how wide can I go for clearance and want the wheels to line up with fender... please help |

Deep dish wheels don't fit well on VW's so I will guess 6"-7" is the max.
Stockton Wheel etc that build custom wheels is your best source for good advice as they've seen all these clearance problems before I imagine.
Tire/wheel/stance is our individual engineering projects on our VW's.
You have to measure from the drum surface in to the fenderwell & out to the fender lip.

Thank you! I did talk to a gentle from Stockton wheels and they seem to be a very nice guys because they will make one and will ship them out for me to try them on and we go from there on how they fit. |
