I can find nearly every other size, but not these for my 36hp big bore kit. I know the 356 1500 barrels use these, but none of the Porsche parts places carry them that I have seen so far. Anyone know of a source?

Looks like they only sell them for the stock 1600 jugs.
NLA might have what I need, but it's not clear I need to call. Plus they are the copper shims not sure of that matters?

I've made up several sets of barrel spacers for those who are building their engine with a 69mm stroker crankshaft using the AA 80mm VW P/C's in their 36hp engine.
I don't remember what sizes I have left though. I have to check. This was the customers engine. Cheers! Mr. Okrasa Cool

You can have them waterjet or laser cut, I used to make them all the time when I ran the waterjet at the last job I had, If they were still open I would make a set for you cheap.

Do anyone know the size/height of the cylinder shims (barrel spacers), that were included in the original Okrasa TSV-1300 kits, containing the 69,5 crankshaft..?

Is it fair to assume, that these old Okrasa kits were made, using the same TDC (TopDeadCenter) as the standard VW engine - which then require shims of 2,75 mm. (69,5 mm vs 64 mm crankshaft).

Might try a local machine shop... they’re easy to make... I made my last set for my stroked 40 out of aluminum.
