Can anyone confirm the colour of the Piping on seats for an Antelope Brown car. I have seen pictures of a dark brown piping but am not sure if this is correct. My March 56 will probably be the last car I restore and I would like to get it as close to Factory as possible

HI Jerry looking through pics of og Antelope brown car interiors on the lowlight registry it definitely looks like dark brown.
Search chassis numbers 1238629 and 1580369 for a starter you can see even the early all vinyl 56 interior has the brown piping. Amazing colour... |

It's a lighter brown I believe, I have an original rear 1/4 panel, the front is very faded/sun damaged. The piping is dark/burnt in places due to sun damage, the backside where there is no sun damage is a lighter brown, the cord is a darker brown.
Dark or light, still a great colour combo..

I have door cards and front seats in this color... they’re in bad shape but if you need pix or details I can dig them out and post. |
