I build models, have been for almost 65 years. I have built models from a company called DeAgostini Model Space. I get updates on new models coming out. The latest offering is this:

https://www.model-space.com/build-the-vw-t1-samba-hippie-van-model.html

If you can wait long enough, they will have sales and you can get this one for some money off. IT AIN'T CHEAP. I built the Senna 1/8 scale McLaren Honda and I can tell you, it's worth every penny. The detail is the best I've ever seen and I'm assuming the 1962 T1 Samba VW Camper should be a great model. I will wait til I can get a deal and will buy this one. When I'm building it, I can post pictures of my progress.

Dave

Looks incredible, but "..it ain't cheap.." is an understatement..

Is that really $119.99............a month....................for 12 months?

This is a really cool and detailed model...but $120/mo for 12 months smells like Rent-A-Center. What would a nice completed model be valued at?
(I understand not everything should be a decision based on$$)
I only found this in the classifieds.

I’m enough of an addict.
If there were a Ghia version I’d go all in.
