Beetle Winder Issue

Afternoon

A couple days ago I started having trouble with the drivers door. It would wind down but not up.

Pulled it apart and inspected the wire and it is fine. Took off the bracket that attaches the window and it doesn’t look right.

I have attached the photos below. Does this look like the issue? Can this plate be replaced?

just get another regulator....the total lack of rust on that part leads me to believe that it is a poorly made aftermarket one and thats why it failed....normally they dont break like that

Ah ok cheers @volksworld. Wasn't sure as I did know what it was supposed to look like, just new that the bit of metal didn't look right.
