Did you paint these rims? I'm looking for mat, or dull (as opposed to polished) silver color. Had my heart set on a darker color, but my wife thinks that would not look good on my gold-ish 86 Weekender (Factory color Savannah Beige)

Enjoying your thread - maybe I need to do that same with my van - although it's a bit after the fact for some items.

Yes, I painted them. I used duplicolor wheel silver and spraymax 2k clear coat. They make matte clear as well.

The trans will soon be getting professionally resealed. While it's out I'll be installing a FAS cooler. I'll also be repacking the CV's and putting on new boots.
