I asked a friend in the UK if he knows whether they still sell them. I'll let you know what he says |

I'm sure that Flatlands will still sell these but the owner is notorious for ignoring emails, or so I belive, I've never actually dealt with him though. I've heard its always best to phone him. |

I have the Flatlands kit for my Kick-Out Traditional and hardtop. The aluminum front mounts are nice pieces and stay intact. The roll bar clamps are not so strong. I am still working on a better roll bar mount because the first time off-road with the hardtop, the roll bar clamps from Flatlands tweaked and left the top flopping around. I tried bigger and beefier clamps of the same style, and same thing happened - too much body flex. I am considering some billet roll bar clamps with threaded holes for mounting accessories but don't want the body flex to crack the hard top. |

This is not my Kick-Out - a friend sent this pic to me. He saw it in San Diego at a car show, I think. I'd like to see it up close. It has the hard top mounted in a new way that I have seen. Maybe I could do something similar, but I would prefer that the hard top sides overlapped the body and did not rest on top of it (rear fender area).
