Does anyone have the correct wiring for this Eberspaecher Switch? I'm going to try to use it to control my South Wind Heater.

Suggestions and Comments are welcome.

https://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/F-3_F...g_1969.pdf

There are wiring diagrams in this manual.

That diagram doesn't cover the later temp control unit for the BA-6, this has the diagrams you need: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/1977eberspacher_ba6_repair_manual.php , you won't be able to use the variable part on a Southwind, but the on/off contacts will work.

Thanks for the info and links. It would have been nice if I could have used this switch to control the South Wind Unit.

Well you can, you'll just have to find out which terminals are the on/off ones.
I see wires on your plug, black is switched ignition power, red is constant battery, grey/red is dash lights, brown is ground and grey is switched power to the relay on the heater. If you pull off that plug and look closely at the brown stuff on the back of the switch you'll likely see some numbers beside each terminal, like 15, 31, 30, 58 and K or S, time to bust out the magnifying glass and Ohm meter to test them.
