Southern Motion is the brand. Motion kinda refers to upholstered furniture that reclines. Laz-y-boy has the most recognized brand. Back in the day a lot of recliners were referred to as 'Barcoloungers' |

41. I have been working at Kennecott for 11 years. I work in the Concentrator where we crush the ore and extract minerals out of it. The ore comes from the Bingham Canyon Mine in Utah.

I just realized I am a bit of a post whore on this topic.
From 2014:

I just had aortic valve replacement surgery on June 16th and I look forward to driving and working on the bus in about 2 months. |

I am sure I have posted one or more times in this thread, but here is the current data:
64, retired for 9 years from Federal Civil Service (IRS) and married to the same wonderful woman for 35 years. 3 "kids" (30, 28, 25) that are self supporting and are all with wonderful partners that we love.
69 Westfalia is still my mostly daily driver and the 67 single cab sits in the backyard unused. I like having the single cab but my ability and interest in maintaining it are regressing. Life has been very very good to us and we are so grateful. |
Now 67, still retired, still happy and still *hoping* to see a grandchild before I die.
Heart surgery went great and I am doing everything I could ever imagine doing. 67 Single Cab has been sold pending pickup this weekend.
Flipping through this thread is a surprising to see how many members who used to be frequent posters are not longer around the site.
More sobering is the number of posters that are no longer around, period. They are (hopefully) in that big place in the sky. _________________ Larry in OB

Mr. Mom. |
Sure, break my cover, Russ.
I'm actually 44 and have been a stay-at-home dad for the past 9 years, working harder than I ever did in the workforce. I have 3 sons, ages 11, 4 and 7 months. |
I'm not that anymore. And my sons are 20, 14 and almost 10.
Now 53, spend my summers running a mint still, spend tax season at H&R Block. Until now. Wife got a new job in Utah, so I'm moving in June and have to start my life all over again. |
Moved and started my life over. 55 and a day trader. I still don't work outside the home. Boys are 21, 15 and 11. _________________
