BL3 beat me to it but I was going to say, just get an aftermarket chassis and yu will have all the strength you need. The bodies are just along for the ride on a Barrett chassis so you can do whatever you want.

Door openings are easily re-enforced with plywood cut to match the opening and glassed into the body, just like boat builders do. Same for the doors to mount the hinges and latch.
