Hi
I got a Sedan with drop spindles and with almost brand new everything in front: shock, ball joint...

But i have the passenger side rubbing my tire and the left side doesnt. I even have less dampering motion on the right side.

What could be the cause?

Start checking the rear and then make sure the front fenders are the same .

The drop spindles push the rotor or drum out 19mm more than a stock spindle. That is what you are fighting. I tried rolling my fender with very little success. I finally welded in adjustable front beam bolts to slightly raise the car, right about a 13mm. Works great now. When I welded in the adjusters, I also shortened the front beam by 2 inches, that also helped out.

if new ball joints were installed and not indexed correctly (notches pointed straight forward and back) the suspension could be jammed up lower on one side from lack of travel in the joint...also a couple leaves broken in the torsion bar on one side....but yes, first measure and see if you're just fighting a badly shaped aftermarket fender(or maybe you're fighting an original fender and the badly shaped aftermarket one is the one that clears)
