The PO apparently didn’t think tin was needed, going through the process of finding what’s missing and getting it back in.

So is there anyway to instal these tins without removing the pushrod tubes?

Just consider it a great opportunity to fix any pushrod tube seal oil leaks.

Yes, done it. You can bend the tabs down and finagle it in there. Try to bend the tabs back up to clip the studs, but bailing wire is the best bet holding it in the right place.
