Great day for a show. Once again the dealership was stage for all kinds of ACVW's. I haven't been to this show since 2004. I brought the bus but snapped off a couple Type 3 shots.

Wow. Some really nice cars.
Never heard of this show, but, dag, it must be something..


Might even be a better line-up than the big Sac show? Think

There were definitely more type 3s in total at the Bug-O,
But,
Most of them suffer pretty badly from a case of patina. Razz

Yeh, no not a big one like that. This was somewhere in the neighborhood of 210-220 cars? Fifteen-twenty years ago it was a more stock restored affair. very little custom and lots of rare, vintage stuff. Now a days with the value of nice vintage VW's they rarely venture out to these smallish shows. That combined with the popularity of dropping it on earlies......... Rolling Eyes

Regardless, most of these were pretty well taken care of with not so much rust and decay.

Yes that was Stuart Zickefoose. AKA - Stuart the Destroyer. Stuart the Restorer. High energy, low drag. Infamous in the bay and vanagon forums. Cool Laughing
