Drove 2 hours to pick up a little gem in the Ozarks. Imported into Houston, I’m to believe this bus has had a pretty good life. The driest and most complete bus I have seen.

Have you tried Easy Off oven cleaner? Saves you a LOT of time and effort. I just stripped a Lotus White Panel back to OG paint in a matter of hours.

Be careful with paint stripping. What works perfectly to remove for one bus, will not do shit, or will do serious damage for another. It all depends on what paint/prep/process was used when that repaint was done.

Found this baywindow westy the other day the seller claims it's a 68 but judging by the color I'd say it's a 70-71 although I could be wrong. Looking at the Mcode though it appears like it possibly could be off a 68? Does that mean the mcode was pulled off of a 68 and put onto this bus? I typically use the mcode decoder website but it appears to be down.
