I know of a couple in Fairbanks Alaska, will have to bug them to post. My hometown is underrepresented.
....also, just FYI, that Adak location (pinned 1/2 to Hawaii) is off by a few thousand miles 
(...and really? Adak? Only 16 miles of roads and one spendy barge ride to get there. I'm impressed Adakavan)

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Changes went into effect on 1 April last year, and it took that long to get 100 hits, apparently. Gar-own-teed I will not be shelling out $200/year.
