but I do think that Jetta dash in the Bus is pretty neat! |
It gives me ideas. Evil, evil ideas...
Not for my current Bus, but there's a carcass/project candidate I've been eyeballing at a buddy's place that's missing the dash. If the Mk3 dash fits into a Bay that nicely, the Mk2 should also fit pretty well. |
Had me wondering how wide the dash is in my '02 Golf as compared to the Bus...
Here's a 2005 Jetta dash in a split window bus. Actually, a whole lot of that Jetta ended up in that bus...
Edit: Can't get the pic to go directly into the post, just check the link, well worth a look!
I'm buddies with the builder and the photographer.

I hear ya man. I had 2 Helios GLI's back in the day. I loved those cars. Just the Recaro seats alone was worth the price of admission. _________________ Current: '87 Westfalia | '16 Audi Q5 3.0T S-Line w/sport package.

all the money went to the engine, transmission, and roll bars. that dash is just to keep things from flying around when it rolls. _________________ 1991 Vanagon GL Camper

That whole goofhole is one big smeary mess.
I like drugs. I've done drugs. But damn bud, you've got to slow your roll.
Just because you can launch bottle rockets from all of your various orifices, doesn't mean you really should on a daily basis.
