This just hammered at $75,000. ‘73 Brazilian 23 conversion, no belly pans. MotorTrend announcers did decent job mentioning those details.

Who pays that much scratch for an unfinished clone with shitty droopy curtains, no headliner and wrinkly ugly seats covers? Even if you don't know squat about buses, it's obvious that it is a low quality job. _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

Exactly. We worry not, for those buyers are not VW people. They live only for Botox and Starbucks. _________________

Is that an effin power cable of some sort running (read: sagging) along the driver side? Couldn't they have tried to "church up" this turd a little? _________________ ,,Wenige Menschen denken, und doch wollen alle entscheiden.'' -der Alte Fritz

They didn't even bother to weld in a skylight clip. They just cut holes in the sheet metal and tarred them in.
If you can get that much for such shit work why would anyone bother to spend more to do it right, unless you have self respect. _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

I could be wrong, but I believe the guy in the blue shirt with the bidder number around his neck is the one that bought it _________________ Stop dead photo links! Post your photos to The Samba Gallery! |

More like 'tard them in...
The bigger 'tard is the one who dropped $80k for it. _________________ -Thom
