Taillamps yes.
Front turn signals no. 70 got larger front turn signals.

They changed to those large elephant ones in 73. You should be good.

I put 1968 NOS taillights on my 71 Standard and they bolted on perfectly without any modifications. You do however, need to get the rubber for that year taillights

Yep but I converted mine to eu spec where we have running lights in the headlights not the turn signals.
