My car is shinny and has a lot of clear coat. But I just realized that it's not smooth. I guess I spray painted too many things in my garage with out covering my bug. Should I buff the over spray off, use a chemical or just scrub it off. It's everywhere!

Ive removed alot of overspray with a clay bars. Like these:

Concur, you can spend hours rubbing it out and waxing or seconds with a clay bar.
