Did ol' boy still have that hump back seat |
Nope. The only seat left in either was the walk thru pass side upper, Out of the burnt westy. So even it was garbage. Nice frame rails under both, and some wall hangers. |

Skim found this bus in the bush, but had left its partner there, I have a secret admiration for the shoebox ford. Check out the resemblance.

Scored this 56 Wolfsburg PGSG recently. Was being used as their garden shed for the past 30 odd years!
Fairly complete other than the fact that someone robbed the trans and engine to build a buggy

All the seats too? |
Front is there, rear bottom there but strangely the rear back rest is gone. Of course the 6 leg middle is MIA. _________________ 53 Canadian standard oval

Bad ass PGSG!
Gotta love the Canadian's VOLKSWAGEN lettering they did on their busses back then. _________________ GFK

Is that deep snow damaged roof but how is there not more rust than it shows? |

No that’s from their grand kids.
It’s localized to the very back and should mostly massage out. _________________ 53 Canadian standard oval

What a great find! It looks really solid and mostly complete. I hope they unbolted the trans rather than used a gas axe! |

Yes they unbolted it along with the spring plates and torsion bars, so today I got busy and robbed all those goods from one of my parts donors. Now she’s back on all fours and looking better already. Oh, and I pushed the dent out of the rear of the roof and it popped out like butter!
