Headed to Syncro Solstice 2019? Have a spare 1998 Subaru ECU? Could you pretty pretty please bring it?
Mine died on 191 between I70 and Moab. Turning the key to “on” doesn’t prime the fuel pump. Doesn’t start with the fuel pump jumped to run continuously. I verified all the power circuits and relays are good and turning the key to “on” gets power to pins 1 & 2 on the ECU. Verified all my grounds to the ECU are securely attached to the body. I think the ECU must be dead .
Got a hotel room and waiting on a tow now. Hopefully will catch up with you SS19 folks sometime this weekend!

I'm not coming to SS this year, but I do have a spare '98 Subaru 2.2 ECU that I could send out with someone. Anyone from or going through Boulder that hasn't left yet? _________________ 1986 Syncro Sunroof EJ22

A fellow SS attendee had an extra ECU! My van is up and running again! Disaster averted! Syncro Solstice folks are the best! |
