Barrett Jackson demands it drives over the auction block, gotta have it ready for drunk O clock on Saturday night when those buses with all the windows on top get the big bucks. (at least that's what the guy who was talking to me at the gas station the other day says...) _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

For the price, I would expect the little details to be correct, present in the least!
- not correct (metal) headliner strips
- no vent wing swooshes
- door seal: bottom forward corner of PS door...no seal? I see the light!
- chrome, not the black vent wing latches...etc.
I get it - it's not stock or made to match how it left the factory: m codes, etc. But damnit for that money I want correctness! _________________ ,,Wenige Menschen denken, und doch wollen alle entscheiden.'' -der Alte Fritz

I’ve actually worked on this bus, and it’s very far from correct. The guy just bought it a couple months ago for $36k, which was too much to begin with lol. |

A $43k budget should allow a person to shop among the best of the best singles. All single color at that. That atrocity needs a water pill too- it's swollen. _________________

Yet another rushed, crappily done bus for the clueless shiny bus market.
Patches lap welded over and covered with bondo, wrinkly seats, stupid two town color, etc etc ad nauseum. _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

I like the red stripe on the wheels, other than that....

OK, nice truck-
https://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=2284358M
And decent price. But the pocket placement on the door panels. Uh, what?
And the exhaust through the decklid? Seriously?
I’d fix the door panels if I could stop laughing long enough and roll it as is.
I’m not sure why the list price is 29.5k but they want offers over 27k. Again, huh? _________________ "My biggest worry is that when I die, my wife will sell all my parts for what I told her I paid for them"-Jon

I love the stance of the 15" wheels and Interco 29X8.50 SuperSwamper tires. What are the disadvantages of that setup on a bus? I'll assume uncomfortable with poor gas mileage but I would love to try them on my bus.

I suspect the ride quality and noise would be unpleasant on asphalt. |

that truck is badass, but the tires are a horrible choice. Those tires are NOT good for much real street driving, let alone bombing around on freeways at 65-70mph.
it could look just as cool with a set of BFG all-terrain's and drive so much better.
