I checked the FAQ but no entries. Are they the same as T3 Vanagons?
Can anyone point me into the right direction.
Thank you |

What are M codes? I've not heard of that before. |

Old VW plate that’ carried build options for T1 and T2 generation transporters
I don’t think they were used on T3, 4,5, and 6 _________________ .ssS!

Actually T3s did have the steel M code plates. Under the LF seat, riveted to the body.
T4s have their codes on a 50cm square white sticker affixed to the LT A pillar. |

Not the same, generally speaking. Here's a place to start: http://prsearch.planetvag.com/default.aspx (courtesy of http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/decoding-pr-codes_topic64619.html ). Post your results, if it provides any, and we'll get a list going.

The rivteted identifier is actually called a PKN plate. Additionally, the T3s also have build sheet stickers affixed to the body near the fuse panel. _________________ ~Kamz
