I've got a fresh month on my EBT for that roof rack, but the jackwagon shows it in the ad prominently, only to tell us it's not for sale.

Early Bay reservoir. Mounted under the dash. In 71 they went to a square one.
I think there was a 68 only version too. 71 was behind the drivers seat. |

Agreed, this bus would be sweet with some strategic metal repair and blending. Price definitely needs to come down though. I think the airbox hackery has scared away most people.
