That is just too bad to ruin an oval like that.
It also looks like you need to be an orangutan to drive it.

Maybe that’s where the radiator is. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

There is a thread about this bus. IIRC, Story is aircraft engineer built it at home in the Pacific NW. It was purchased and restored and I've seen driving on the road in San Diego, although I don't think it lives here. _________________ Prosit!

I like this one, except for the upright engine and rear bumper.

A front bumper actually works pretty well in that application. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

A straighter rear bumper from a Type 3, Karmann Ghia, or bus would better compliment the squared-off rear end, I think. That's more cosmetic/preference, though - It really needs a Type 3 engine, to make that bed useful. |

O yeah, a modified split bus rear slash bumper would look badass. Either way, I like it too...just needs to be raised haha. _________________ ,,Wenige Menschen denken, und doch wollen alle entscheiden.'' -der Alte Fritz
