This is an old listing from many years ago. The Bus just popped back up on the market and is listed on Samba ... take a look at the old pics.

I’ve picked out a couple inconsistencies on this one , but I bet the collective will find others.

She sure is pretty though.

At the time we billed it as something built from many pieces, and it sold for a fair price for what it was, but the current seller has it priced at the top of the market for a legit example. I'm trying to fill in the blanks for him so he knows what he has.

There is some serious stuff wrong with the Bus if it's supposed to be a '59.

A bunch of posts today in the Whine thread, starting here:

Velvetgreen,
The buyer at the time knew it was a "bitsa" build...and it was priced accordingly.

This may just be me, but the front wheels look like they've been moved toward the outside of the bus (doesn't look like they're in line with the rear wheels). Anyone know what's up with that?

Disc front brakes...they push the wheels out just a bit.

Jeff Gagnon, built this bus, ask him.

Originally sold with a SO-23 camper correct? Or at least the same person that Jeff built the 23 window for, had Jeff build the camper as well, both were for sale around the same time.

Lots of "issues" here.....did you sell it or are you still looking for the minutia?

Most kits push the wheels out 1/8"-1/4" but that looks much more than that.
