I recently destroyed my front 65 bumper and my rear bumper was destroyed when i got the car. does anyone know where or how i can find a cheap replacement bumper for my ghia. ive looked at all of the OEM style bumpers. I was trying to find a good set of aftermarket bumpers that I don't have to pay over 1,000 dollars for

You’ve just experienced what we all fear. I’m sorry for your loss.
Look through the classifieds here, there and everywhere. Reach out to Facebook groups and car clubs too. Someone is sitting on one somewhere.

The reproduction bumpers may seem pricey but by the time you find all the pieces and have them reconditioned they’re a bargain. I’ve seen them at shows and they look good. My day might come.

There’s always something like this:😉

You ghia is worth real ghia bumpers. Find some in the classifieds or even the SS repops are a reasonable option. PM me I think I have a complete rear and probably 75/80% of the front bumper pieces, mounts, brackets....

Im sure Iowiegie and Chris were teasing with the briz and fiberglass options.

No it will not work. I think I paid about $700 for a complete front and rear set of the SS repros for my last car.

$790 for both front and back SS ones on ebay... free shipping.
From Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam though... takes a while for them to ship.

You can buy the bumpers that came off my car. It is a 69. They are at Richies Garage in Mickleton NJ. I think he wanted 700 for each bumper. They were in nice condition and are original German ones. He took them off the car before he sold it to me.

Something a little different... wanted to do something unique. Tell me if you can notice the changes.
