Embarassed
My filler neck is on an angle that makes it difficult to fill the tank. See pictures. There's a low spot where the fuel pools up. Can the fill neck be bent? I've tried adjusting tubes and hoses many times but the angle on the tank and the angle on the filler cause this low spot.

Doesn't quite look right to me, center pipe looks wrong, maybe flip it end to end? they don't fill good anyway, try raising the vent tube higher also, here's pics of mine, all old original

Looks like the main fill tube/pipe is too long. You're trying to cram it in between the tank and the filler neck and in the process causing it to have a rise in the middle of the length of the pipe. I think if you can shorten it you'll reduce the backflow tendency (you won't eliminate completely since they all tend to slosh a bit).

I think I still have tone I took off my car. I'll measure it if I can find it quickly and let you know the length.

Check your vent line also to ensure that it is not kinked or blocked. The air rushing out can cause those problems as well..

also vent line needs to be higher then fill, it may have gas in it, blocking air evacuation.

Is it an aftermarket tank? The crappy new tanks have a filler neck located too high & at the wrong angle which causes this issue.
