Very interesting variation, can you show the base plate please?

I was suspect too, but everything looks correct to me:

Yep!
Another odd variation from Corgi.

I've never seen that color combination on a panel before.

Many thanks! I hadn't seen one myself, but figured it was more of my inexperience, than anything. I'm pleased that it showed up, and was as it was advertised.
Now just to find it a proper home in my collection, and continuing the search for more interesting items... |

I think this is what is known is the UK as a factory error toy, extremely rare and worth quite a bit, the paint looks pretty correct to me and the base doesn't look messed about with, i've seen a couple of factory trial/errors but never a Panel Van, looks like a brilliant find to me! |

At an Antique Show today, and found this Tekno. Best deal I've had there in some time:
Always need to keep an eye out, as you never know what you'll find. |

It looks like the seller had several nice items. I know Blauchen L331 would want one of those Gama postal cars. _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.

That's actually in one of my display cases, after a little cleanup. I pulled the Corgi's and Gama's for background. Blauchen L331, and I have spoken a bit about the Gama's. One day after a thorough dusting, maybe I'll take and post a few pictures of my collection. |

Super cool find! The Gama Beetles also look cool, hard to find now in good condition. |

Wife picked this up for me in Athens Greece on her recent trip.
All metal, little bit less than a foot in length.

I think those border more on folk art than toys. _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.

I found these at a garage sales a few years ago, but can only identify one. The dark blue one (repainted by previous owner) says Midgtoy, Rockford ILL, U.S.A.
The green and white one, (repainted by previous owner) says M/2 inside of the hood and L. Inside roof by the windshield and RO inside roof neat rear window.
These two casting are very similar. The blue one has slightly larger window openings.
Any ideas on what and years would be great.
The third bug light blue bug looks like (Dinky?) it may have been repainted, slightly larger over all and no markings in side except for round injection flashings.
