That is a standard aftermarket 50mm tow hitch (example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/TOWBAR-GENUINE-APPROVED-MP500B-MAYPOLE/dp/B07P2M6RCD )

I used to have one of those hitches security bolted to my house for locking up my trailer. Smile
