I have a 71 Meyers body. Ther is une slide in retainer bolt to install an early Dub speedo. I need two _________________ Central Jersey Volkswagen Socity |

I've owned a few Meyers Manxes with ABS, fiberglass and metal dash panels.
They all used plain nuts and bolts to hold the VW speedometer.
If you prefer some type of nutplate, McMaster Carr has a bunch

I cut the tabs off. I put an oring on the back of the speedo to keep it from rotating and scratching the dash. Then secured it with a big hose clamp on the back side. |
