I got a real sweet deal on a transmission, seller said it was a brand new Freeway Flyer, but before I install this HOW CAN I BE SURE IT IS ONE ?

put it in gear, immobilize 1 hub to prevent the differential action and count the rotation of the input shaft vs the hub that spins. add math and that will give you your ratio's

Freeway flyer is a marketing term.

How do you know... have them show you the receipt for the build.

If you are running a stock 1600cc engine you will probably not be happy with it.
