94mm cut to length vs. std. 94mm

Any ideas why the head registers would be different between the 2?
I needed another set of pistons, so I went ahead and ordered a set of std. length p&c’s.
The cut to length versions measure 101.25mm diameter and std. length measure 100.85mm dia.

You mean the head diameter? They're usually used for apps where people are running more cylinder pressure, so AA gave us some extra wall thickess. Make sure your head fits.

I wood prefur the thicker ones....

Any issues with boring these heads out further? They are already broken through to the fin area.
