Seat rail / track question

I bought new rails / tracks for my 65 Ghia. Each rail also had a second part which was a length of angled metal. This part can be seen in this ad:

Where does that part go?

That is the reinforcing brace for the seat rails. It gets welded to the rail and the pan to add support. It will go on the outside of the rails, i.e. the door sill and tunnel sides.
