Tried to buy a RMW “Tank” with the code to no avail - I am assuming this is one of the excluded items - damn!

same here. sorta makes sense with a local hand-fabricated item where the discount would take $24 directly out of the hands that make the tank.

I ordered this on Wednesday after a lengthy technical discussion regarding my pre-existing TDI conversion and fitment issues with Peter (i believe). I was told there was no deal offered. Now, there is?
Called today and was told the discount won't be offered to me retroactively. I asked to speak with someone higher-up in the company and am waiting for a call-back.
I have done business with VanCafe since I had my van. I don't think I will anymore if this is the practice under new management! I call BS.
EDIT/RESOLUTION
Van Cafe/RMW contacted me and resolved my issue satisfactorily for both parties. Obviously, it would be difficult for vendors to satisfy everyone who pulled the trigger the day before a sale is announced. MAJOR PROPS for VC for addressing this quickly...truly a giant vendor for all of us keeping these vans running and looking great!
