anything I should do upon installing my rebuild transmission for fist time. I have filled trans and differential with respective oils. Do I need to re learn the TCM ? reset it ?

if you did it yourself and didn't completely tear down/clean the case, ensure all the metal shavings/gunk from the previous failure are flushed out before driving!
