So it has been a while since I last posted, here is why.......
So the PO installed an ac unit up front and that is not going to work with a radiator sooooooo....I went to remove it....
First off the jack was welded on to the front hitch so I had to cut it off just to remove the bumper........then
He welded a nipple on after installing the ac and welded it 3/4 around essentially blocking the unit from coming off.........then |

Rot.... there was no barrier inbetween the ac and the metal underneath so all the condensation rusted it away........
This is a safety issue and I cant pass it up and continue with the engine swap. So I cut out the rot and spent the next few weekends trying to teach myself to weld....
It came out decent but more importantly the metal is solid so now I can continue |

The gas tank I pulled out had rust in the bottom and new ones are cheap so I got a new tank and put all new seals in
The filler neck was also rusted so I put it in an ultrasonic bath. All the rust is gone and threw some paint on it

Little progress while I wait on parts.
Back to the original fuel pump and a generic inlet filter.
Routed return line
