Anyone remember the Veep that was in DB&HOTVW's about 10 years ago? Blue with a ~2.4L engine, dry-sumped with nitrous...The guy used to visit Shoptalkforums, but I haven't seen him in awhile. |

Maybe, I am interested to see what the market will set the price at......it has been relisted on eBay. Here is the link.
The auction started at 99 cents, and has already skyrocketed up to $100.
New information, direct from the listing...... "IT WAS MADE BY NATIONAL REFUSE COMPANY, FULL STEEL BODY,, NOT FIBERGLASS THIS WAS ONLY MADE FOR 2 YEARS, ITS SUPER RARE, ITS NOT A HOME BUILT BODY IT WAS MASS PRODUCED GOOGLE THE VW AND SEE WHAT YOU GET I HAVE ONLY FOUND ONE. AND IT WAS NOT FOR SALE. THIS WAS MADE BY THE SAME COMPANY THAT BUILT A FEW ITEMS FOR THE GOVERNMENT, THIS IS NOT THE JEEP VERSION. I SEE TONS OF PEOPLE ARE ON SAMBA LAUGHING AT THIS POSTING, THIS IS A SUPER RARE ITEM, IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS YOUR NOT ALONE, ONLY ONE EMAIL OUT OF 23 EMAILS KNEW WHAT I HAD. Look at the cooling shroud. Then look at the wheels and hub caps. This car will be tons of fun to pick apart.... That is no VWeep |
