I've searched, but did not find what I'm looking for.

Can someone point me to or tell me what the standard, 10, 20 over measurements are for a rod bearing on a 1961 1200cc 40hp crank?

Thanks

VW published small booklets for dealer service personnel which had the specifications and tolerances of nearly all mechanical parts. They are called "Without Guesswork". Many of them are found on theSamba Archives section. Here's one for the 40hp engine. It's tedious to search, but Engine is covered at the front of the booklet.
