Put one door on to see if the paint on the doors matched. The doors were painted a year later with paint mixed this summer. Cant find issues with the color match and dont care that much i just want this sucker on the road!

Window frame time
Baby powder helped slide the outer door seal and vent wing glass to frame seals.
I used safari window seals for vent wing seal. I had a wooden jig to help press the glass in.

Hi Rob I didn't realize you were able to buy an SO42 kit from the driver of your delivery or am I getting that wrong? Looking forward to tips on the silly vent seals Wink

Also can you provide more details to this picture you had posted in my vent window post? I didn't understand it.

Stay healthy stay happy,
Linda

i'm _still_ working on this. It is legal and insured now. I still have finish the wiring, clutch cable and install the engine. Lots to do but none of it as time consuming as body work.
here are some glamour shots as I now have a better camera phone.

I'm cutting my jig today for the vent windows. I will take your advice on the baby powder. You have come a long long way.

been a little slow there for pedro's bus. the list of things that happened since last update is long and none of them involved this vehicle.

But look at me!! Look at me!! Just look at me!

I installed rear lights last night!! I also rebuild wiper linkage with WW kit and installed it. A few other things have happened too like getting and engine ready.

[quote="Abscate"]Don't slam it...don't slam it...

Very Happy

Too late, Pedro’s gone ...... Smile

He slammed it one time too many.

Which also prevented him from getting around to slamming the bus.
