I had General Grabber AT2s in 215/70R16 and would not recommend them to anyone after getting two flat tires simultaneously in the middle of Death Valley earlier this year. I have to add that they were brand new at this point with only a couple thousand miles on them. I definitely agree with the others earlier in the thread regarding the load range.

I now have BFG KO2s in 245/75R16 load range E and made it back through Death Valley no problem, and I really beat on them.

The difference in sidewall stiffness between the General Grabbers and KO2s is significant. I could push my thumb into the Grabbers like they were loaves of bread (while they were filled with air pressure to spec), the KO2s feel like solid rubber in comparison.

They need more sipe's to make them a better winter tire even with the studs installed.
